If you order something for free economy international shipping, it is likely untraceable service. This means that we do not have a tracking number, the shipping number, the number of departure or code that we could provide to you to help determine the location of the parcel. 
You can check if the order is sent with tracking, if you go into your account and look at your recent orders.
If the status of your order says "Track this order", then when you click the link you will be taken to the page of the courier. If the status shows "Shipped" then your order should be delivered to your local postal service tracked the parcel.
In this case, we suggest that you contact your local post office to see if the parcel to your address.
